What’s the difference between the setup packages?

DIY (Template Only): You take the template and run with it. Add your colors, fonts, logo, images, text, and connect your domain, social accounts, and fundraising links. Done-For-You ($2,495): You send us your content, and we build the full site for you — pages, branding, integrations, domain — everything. Your site is live in 5 business days. Done-For-You Plus ($3,495): Same as Done-For-You, but your site is live in 2 days. Plus, we’ll build your 50-piece Canva graphics kit with your campaign colors and logo, and give you a free month of post-launch support (valued at $199).

Which package is best for me?

If you’re tech-savvy and have a little time, go DIY. If you want it done fast, or don’t want to touch Squarespace, go Done-For-You.

What’s the best website platform for political campaigns?

Can I switch my campaign website to a Swayed template if I already use Squarespace?

Unfortunately, content on Squarespace isn’t transferable. The template will be added as a new site on your Squarespace account. You can then transfer your domain and subscription to the new site.

What happens after I buy?

For DIY packages, you will receive access to your new template within 24 hours of purchase. For our Done-For-You service, once your purchase is complete, we’ll send you a link to upload your content. Once completed, we’ll begin working on your site the very next day.

Can I cancel or get a refund if my campaign changes?

Because our products are digital, refunds are limited. DIY Templates: No refunds once the template has been delivered. Done-For-You services (including Plus): Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase as long as we haven’t started work. Once a build out begins, it’s non-refundable. Are your templates mobile-responsive?

Yes. All templates are mobile optimized and tested on multiple devices.

Can I update the site myself later?

Yes. Once your site is live, you can make updates yourself. We also provide video tutorials to help you edit text, swap photos, and adjust layouts without breaking anything.

What should be on a political campaign website?

OK, but what will I *need* to do?

Can I add another language to my site?

You sure can! Squarespace integrates with Weglot to easily translate all of your website content. You’ll need a Weglot subscription, typically priced between $10 to $17 per month.

Will I have to mess with code?

Nope! All of our websites can be edited easily. While some of our designs do include advanced coding, you’ll never have to touch it.

Can I accept donations on my campaign website?

Yes. Our templates integrate with ActBlue, NGP VAN, and other major campaign tools, so your site can take online donations and volunteer signups from day one.

Help! What kind of support do you provide?

We provide email support if you get stuck, and we include tutorials to help you through setup.

Can I add ActBlue, Mobilize, or NGP VAN to my campaign website?

You can! You can connect ActBlue and Mobilize links, and embed NGP VAN signup forms.

Can I use these templates for different types of political campaigns (e.g., local, state, national)?

You can customize them to fit your campaign’s size and needs. We’ve worked with everyone from city council candidates to federal campaigns, as well as Democratic parties and super PACs.

Do you work with Republicans?
